Description: The Business Development Executive will have the overall responsibility of managing relationships with strategic accounts. He will ensure that the client onboarding process is seamless and the client has everything they need to have a successful launch. Responsible for identifying and driving initiatives to strengthen relationships, grow business opportunities within the account, by offering other services that Limo Alliance/NeQquall offers. Must aggressively penetrate accounts through proactive identification and capitalization of opportunities to increase revenue. Evaluate business problems, identify solutions, track and evaluate business results, build new alliances within the client’s organization.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Develop and execute a strategic implementation plan
- Assist in account set-up
- Keep Limo Alliance’s accounts updated on news and updates.
- Identify expansion opportunities, (adding more services when possible)
- Ensure clients are able to extract needed reports
- Resolve any service issues within 24 hours
- Create trusting, proactive, accountable working relationship with assigned clients
- Participate in weekly sales meetings
- Communicate with sales regarding the progress of clients
- Assist sales in sales process when necessary
- Keep any and all projects updated in Basecamp or CRM
- Maintain a 98% retention rate for clients
Prerequisites:
- 3+ years of experience
- Strong customer and relationship management skills
- Proven analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to proactively identify business opportunities and persuasively influence both internal and external constituents
- Superior teamwork, interpersonal and communication skill sets
- Ability to drive results and successfully handle multiple priorities against tight deadlines.
- Highly customer focused and results oriented
- Ability to remain flexible and manage change in a fast growing business environment
- Must be highly self-motivated
