We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients across various channels. You should have a strong understanding of customer service principles and experience handling customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients across various channels such as phone, email, and chat
Respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing timely and accurate information
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other teams, including sales and product development, to ensure customer needs are met
Identify and escalate issues to senior management as needed
Stay up-to-date with company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University
At least 2 years of experience in customer support or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
