CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients across various channels. You should have a strong understanding of customer service principles and experience handling customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients across various channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing timely and accurate information
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other teams, including sales and product development, to ensure customer needs are met
- Identify and escalate issues to senior management as needed
- Stay up-to-date with company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
